There are so many things at home to distract you from television to kids. So, it is important to create a calm environment for your home office. Some research has found that green is a great color to help increase concentration. The Benjamin Moore experts recommend Guilford Green HC-116 or High Park 467. Our favorite light blues for home offices include Blue Danube 2062-30 and Woodlawn Blue HC-147.
In general, light colors are calming and they make a great backdrop for pictures and shelving without being distracting. This makes these types of paint colors perfect options for your zoom meeting backdrops. Also, don’t forget you can always go with white for a crisp, clean look. We recommend Simply White OC-117.

Bedroom Paint Colors
